Annet Mahendru

Mahendru a Russian Indian mother is born in Afghanistan. Mahendru fluently speaks German Russian English. Annet Mahendru is the daughter of an Indian father and a Russian mom. In 2011, she created a choreography that earned her the opportunity to appear on German TV as an Russian snowmaiden. Then, she became another Indian dancer. She graduated from high school in New York and received a Bachelor of Arts in English at St. John's University. In college, she attended acting classes at the HB Studio, but she quit to pursue improvisation classes at The Groundlings School taking on several comedy shows afterward. She was raised in Kabul Afghanistan by a Hindu/Indian father Ghanshan Mahendru and an Russian-speaking mother Olga. At the age of 13, her parents divorced. Her father relocated her family members to East Meadow New York. Her role on FX's The Americans as Nina Sergeevna Krilova is one of her best TV performance. The actress has a regular role in The Following on Fox, The Following and NBC's The Blacklist.
