Dwayne is currently the Lead Pastor of Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, which was founded by him in 2007. He also serves as the pastor's director for the Acts 29 Network. His passion is to train the next generation of biblical Counselors. He is a member of the Biblical Counseling Coalition's Board. He is the author of numerous online articles and a contributor in Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Transforming lives through God's unchanging truth (eds. Kelleman as well as Viars).
